A planned migration of our support solution was initiated today. During the process, a domain configuration conflict occurred, rendering the Knowledge Base and Support Portal inaccessible to users.

To ensure immediate service availability, the team performed a full rollback to the original environment. After resolving a technical delay in domain validation (CNAME generation) the connection was successfully re-established.

Email-based ticket submission was not affected.
